Established in 2004 in the UAE emirate of Dubai, Woodthorpe Wright Associates FZ LLC was created to provide Professional & Executive Coaching Solutions to the fast growing region of the Middle East.

With combined direct experience in the Middle East, primarily the UAE, of over 45 years we have intentionally focused our company to serve this region because of our commitment to helping this rapidly developing area find the true potential we know exists here.

Our clients range from global multi national companies such as GSK, Fonterra, Nestle, Nokia to large UAE owned companies such as Dubai Holdings, ADGAS, Nakheel, Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Arab Media Group. The people we coach come from all cultural backgrounds including UAE Nationals and other arab nationals. We consider ourselves to be the most experienced and skilled coaching company in this region to serve this special market.

Our organisation has been involved with HH Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s Leadership Program at its inception as well as being currently involved in other leadership development programs such as the LeadOn Program being run across Dubai Holdings LLC.
