Louisa relocated to Dubai in 2004, following her UK career in HR, consultancy and coaching and has since developed a business working with organisations across the Gulf - the UAE, Bahrain and Qatar in particular. She is well equipped to help organisations in the turmoil of hectic growth as well as individuals trying to deal with ever-expanding roles, highly multi-cultural workforces and no work-life balance.

With her blend of practical and empathetic coaching and assessment, Louisa works with leaders and managers in industries as diverse as airlines, construction consultancy, insurance and banking, oil and gas. She has also conducted assessment centres in Egypt and Saudi Arabia for a retail and manufacturing conglomerate and facilitated rebuilding workable relationships between non-trusting teams. Her previous experiences of HR management with Hewlett-Packard and Mercer HR Consulting and of being part of the leadership team of a London/Bahrain consultancy have contributed to making her leadership programmes, assessment events and coaching highly business-focused, fast-paced and memorable.

Louisa qualified as a coach in the UK and has a Masters in Strategic Management from Bristol University. She is qualified as a Level A and B psychometric test practitioner as well as Myer Briggs Type Indicator Step 1 & 2.

Clients in the region include, Hyder Consulting, AXA Insurance, Kraft Europe, Shell and Showtime.
