Maidalynne Utting
Maidalynne Utting is an executive coach and international facilitator with over 20 years experience in the corporate training and personal development industry. In recent years Maidalynne has been based in the UAE and has focused on leadership development, using her coaching to great effect in multinational organisations. She is a certified coach with CoachU as well as being a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Maidalynne’s current coaching focus is on long-term behavioral change and optimum performance in senior management.
Maidalynne gained international accreditation with the Institute for Health and Human Potential (IHHP) of Canada as a Certified Facilitator on "EQ" - Emotional Intelligence. She is a qualified facilitator for Situational Leadership (developed by Ken Blanchard and Paul Hersey) and trained in the Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) developed by the Hermann International organization in the US. While living in New Zealand Maidalynne was a qualified counselor with the New Zealand Justice Department for eight years.
Maidalynne has been a Senior Client Partner with FranklinCovey, joining the Dubai office in 2000. She is a Certified Facilitator in the majority of FranklinCovey solutions focusing on management and leadership development. Whilst in the Middle East she has trained and coached in Turkey, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. She has been a guest speaker at a number of leadership conferences in the Gulf region as well as on radio and television around the world.
