Rawan Albina

Rawan Albina is a qualified Unitive Coach and an associate of Charles Bentley (UK) as well as a Co-active Coach who trained with the Coaches Training Institute (USA).  She is a member of the International Coach Federation as well as the European Coaching and Mentoring Council.

Following ten strong years as a manager with Multinationals Tetra Pak and Nestle, Rawan followed her passion for facilitating growth into the arena of executive coaching.

Born and raised in the Middle East, Rawan soaked-in the cultural diversity and richness of this region. She holds a BA in Business Administration, is proficient in 3 languages and through numerous activities has nurtured many talents that have enriched the person and coach she is today.

Rawan has over two years of coaching experience and has accumulated over 200 hours of coaching sessions. She has worked with clients from many different industry sectors and helped them find the clarity that has created effective and positive movement forward in their life, business and career paths.  With a wealth of experience in leadership and management training programs, she is able to identify the different needs of managers in various environments and can add tremendous value through her coaching.

Rawan’s coaching experience is broad and also covers work-life balance, career path determination, fulfilment, assertiveness and self-confidence. She understands multi-cultural environments and the challenge facing many managers today to keep performance levels up to expectations, manage subordinates and resolve conflicts when they arise.

 As a Certified Wellness coach from Real Balance in the USA, Rawan also works with individuals on specific health challenges and is specializing on working with adults suffering from ADHD.   

Rawan’s coaching style is far from being traditional. She uses creative techniques to bring out the best in her clients and help them achieve deep and relevant change.
