Accreditation and Professional Associations
There is a growing expectation, from HR Professionals in the MENA region and globally, around the credentials of the professional service providers they call upon to help them in their drive to shift and improve the human capital that exists within it's organisation.
In an ICF global study done by Price Waterhouse Coopers in 2009 more than 50% of people seeking to use an expert coach expect to see some form of credential and that figure is increasing as the awareness of the positive impact coaching delivers grows.
Part of our role is to encourage you to seek credentials when you are looking to engage professional coaches in your organisation.
The benefits are;
- To provide you with a more effective measure of
- experience,
- professionalism,

- ethical standard
-
To provide greater ‘peace of mind’ when engaging a coach to serve the leaders within your organisation.
All members of the Woodthorpe Wright Associates organisation are;
